I did a test on the new QMRA machine. I was wanting to compare the old and new so I had a client scan with both 10 minutes apart. The results were so different I decided to run some tests. I scanned several different people and ways, then I scanned my cell phone, then a tape dispenser. I have concluded this "technology" does nothing more than generate a random report the first time you scan someone and then subsequent scans show some variation from the first scan. It's a total scam and tells clients and "practitioners" what they want to hear.
I want to share my disappointing experience with this company and their service.
Last year, when my product broke, I tried to get a replacement disc. I went through their system, but no one was able to help me. I ended up having to buy the entire package again, including the machine, just to get the disc I needed. Even then, every time the package arrived, it either came with the wrong disc or the disc didn’t work. The problem was never resolved, and they never provided me with a promised download as an alternative.
It became incredibly frustrating. All I ever got from this company were empty promises, and my issue remains unresolved. This experience has been nothing but disappointing.
Ray, I have the same problem. I am searching to understand why. Now, I think the problem is the USB driver for the equipment. Control Panel - Device Handing - Other Device. There is a question mark. The encryption key no problem. I hope that in this thread others try. Both (key and equipment) use COM8 and COM9 in USB emulation. Download "Prolific" utility, launch "PL23XX check PL2303 chip version", select Com8-Com9 end the utility will recognize the chip PL2303. After on prolific site you can download driver. At this moment I am searching to trasnsfer . sys, .inf, ecc. in correct folder. The question is that PL2303 has may version and I don't know which is correct.
