Every sophisticated application comes with necessary runtime libraries and packages that need to be installed before the application can be used to its full potential. You will also need to check the system requirements for this application to be sure if it's compatible with your operating system.
Next to that, the software requires a USB key needed to run the product. If you don't have the key attached, you will not be able to run the application.

There is no version of the software compatible with which means that the only way to install this application in a Mac is through virtualization. You can either install Windows as a side-by-side OS in your Mac with the help of Bootcamp or you can use a virtualization software like Parallels Desktop to install Windows and run it as a simple application while Mac OS X is also running.
Once Windows is up and running, transfer the application to the virtualized environment and launch it.

Every problem with the key activation and functionality should be dealt by the seller/dealer/developer because they have all the access to the servers that generate the keys or activate the applications. You can only exclude the app from being filtered on your PC to allow communication with online servers and that's it. There is nothing else available for this procedure. Contact the ones where you've purchased the apps from.
